Thank you Venerable Namgyel for your powerful and uplifting insights, teaching us how to heal disturbing emotions. Throughout the course of two evenings we learned how to deal with fear and anger, how these emotions arise and how we can train our mind to feel more compassionate to our surrondings, instead of feeling overwhelmed with afflicted emotions.
