Two evenings with Paula Chichester: Meditation and Movement for a healthy body and a peaceful mind.
DATE: Wed & Thu, Dec 4 – 5, 19.00 – 21.00
CATEGORY: Body & Mind
With enjoyable, simple imagination and movement exercises, we can settle into a calm space that allows the heart to open into universal compassion to soothe our lives and our world. Coming from authentic lineages of Tibet, China and India, these exercises balance the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and space. Easy to do and easy to remember, you can choose which one works best for you. Just a few minutes a day will cultivate awareness, compassion, joy, and serene presence.
Paula Chichester is known for her friendly, experiential teaching style that evolves from 4 decades of training in Tibetan Buddhist meditation, healing arts, yoga and chi gong. Her ability to distill and impart the essence of these disciplines is inspired by her teacher, Lama Thubten Yeshe. Coming out of years in meditation retreat that was guided by many great Tibetan Masters, her heart is dedicated to help create a world of balance, compassion, wisdom and joy.
