H. E. The 7th Yongzin Ling Rinpoche will be giving oral transmission and commentary on the Chenrezig Sadhana composed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama: “The Source of all Attainments: The Yoga of the Inseparability of the Guru and Avalokitesvara”.

There is a long association between the Dalai Lama and Yongzin Ling Rinpoche lineages over countless lifetimes. The 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th Yongzin Ling Rinpoches were tutors to the respective Dalai Lamas of their times. The 6th Yongzin Ling Rinpoche, in addition to being the current 14th Dalai Lama’s teacher, was also the longest serving Ganden Tripa, as spiritual head of the Gelug sect of Tibetan Buddhism for 19 years.

The 7th Ling Rinpoche entered Drepung Monastery in South India when he was 5 years old, received his Geshe degree in 2016, and completed his tantric studies at Gyuto Tantric College in 2018. Since then, he has travelled and taught extensively around the world… and in fact has just concluded a European tour, where he also visited several FPMT centres.

This online event will be a truly momentous occasion, and completely unprecedented for global FPMT. All participants are requested to attend live. The recording will not be available for public viewing, in line with Rinpoche’s wishes.

Zoom room will open ~30 minutes before the start time.

H.E. LING RINPOCHE will teach in Tibetan. Translation languages available: English, Chinese, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish and German.
