Establishing a Daily Practice is the eighth module in the Discovering Buddhism course series.
The modules before were about Mind and Its Potential, How to Meditate, Death and Rebirth, Presenting the Path, Karma, Refuge and the Spiritual Teacher. Establishing a Daily Practice is where all those components come together now. All those various teachings have set the stage for preparing us for integrating the teachings into our daily life in a complete way.
By now, you have received so much information about the path, but how are you going to integrate this into your life? How are you supposed to discover Buddhism in an even deeper and more experiential way? Today we will get an overview about this topic on which we will work the next months.
