The Four Noble Truths form the very heart of Buddhist philosophy: recognizing suffering, understanding its causes, realizing its cessation, and following the path that leads to liberation. In this teaching, H.E. Kundeling Rinpoche will combine explanation with space for reflection, showing how these ancient insights remain directly relevant to our modern lives. Open to all, this event is a rare opportunity to study with a highly respected lineage holder and deepen one’s understanding of the Buddha’s wisdom.
Rinpoche will teach onsite at Longku in Bern and the event will also be available live on Zoom for online participants. This makes it possible to join both in person and from anywhere in the world. This event is in corporation as part of FPMT Switzerland.
