The Lamrim, or “Stages of the Path,” is a structured framework that presents the teachings of the Buddha as a progressive journey toward enlightenment. Rooted in the teachings of Guru Shakyamuni Buddha and systematized by great masters like Atisha and Lama Tsongkhapa, the Lamrim offers a practical and logical approach to spiritual growth, making profound Buddhist teachings accessible and applicable to everyday life. The Lamrim provides a roadmap for transforming the mind, addressing the challenges of human existence, and achieving lasting happiness. It offers clarity in a complex spiritual landscape, guiding practitioners from foundational practices to the most advanced insights. By following this path, one can systematically develop qualities like compassion, wisdom, and inner peace, ultimately attaining the freedom of enlightenment for the benefit of all beings.
