There is no karma that can’t be changed. – Ven. Robina Courtin
In this course, Venerable Robina Courtin will talk about how karma works and how to purify our past negative karma. We can’t talk about purification without knowing how karmic seeds are planted by our body, speech and mind. Everything is the result of the law cause and effect. If you want to eliminate sufferings in your current and future lives, you need to know how karma works. With an understanding of how our actions leave imprints in our mind stream, we can start to take actions that give rise to conducive conditions and act in such a way to eliminate the causes for more unhappiness. Purification practice is highly valued in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. In Ven. Robina’s own words, “we need to pull out the seeds that we have already planted before they ripen as my suffering. “
The course will cover topics on karma, the four opponent powers for purification and specifically the tantric practice of Vajrasattva.
