What are the antidotes to our disturbing emotions?

We all suffer from disturbing emotions like attachment and anger. What can we do about it?

As a first step we have to get familiar with recognizing our delusions. We don’t just get angry, we are aware of the arising of anger. Then as a second step we apply the antidote.

Tonight we learn more what these antidotes are, how to meditate about them and how we can apply this technique in our daily life.

Discovering Buddhism course: Samsara & Nirvana, pages 52 – 57, tracks 5.1. – 5.2.

Course duration: August 2018 – January 2019

Level: No prior knowledge required

Language: Teaching and guided meditation in English, discussion in German and English

Registration: No registration necessary. Drop-ins are welcome anytime, however frequent participation is required, if you would like to receive the completion certificate.

Cost: Donations. If you have no clue how much to donate, we suggest 15 CHF.
