Mindfulness is cultivated when practicing yoga asana (postures) with awareness of the movements and breaths. In addition to many physical benefits such as calming the nervous system or increasing mobility and balance, the asana practice prepares us for the sitting practice of meditation. All these practices eventually lead us to a happier life with strength and inner calmness. We welcome you to join this course of hatha yoga and meditation, the course consists of six weekly classes, each is 90 minutes long. We will start with breathing exercises, yoga postures, and end with a sitting meditation.

We would like to make sure we have a seat for you. Please register for each class as space is limited to 8 participants. The registration is free of charge and it can be cancelled, if your plans change.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Tahlia Lin: Tahlia has been a student of yoga since 2006, and a student of Buddhism since a very young age. She is a Yoga Alliance ® certified teacher, and had taken more than 800 hours of teacher training in Hatha yoga, Iyengar yoga and restorative yoga. She guides with pure intent to help the participants find what’s the most suitable practice for where they are that day.
Cost: Suggested donation is 15 CHF. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. You can donate upon arrival or through PayPal.
