Ven. Robina Courtin, January 6th in Zurich

Australian ex-Catholic, ex-political activist, ex-radical feminist, and former bodyguard for the Dalai Lama, Venerable Robina Courtin has been a Buddhist nun since 1978. A renowned teacher of Buddhist psychology and philosophy, Ven. Robina will visit Zurich for the second time to give a course on “How to Get Things Done with Energy and Courage” on January 6th 2018.
In this course Ven. Robina will explore the sources of discouragement, laziness and fear, but also the sources of joy, energy and courage. All of these come from our mind and can be developed. The teaching will be accompanied by guided meditations, including a Green Tara practice, which is known to be helpful in overcoming internal and external challenges.
Robina is so precious to me. She’s not afraid of telling the truth. Sometimes her words really hit my ego and it gives me the opportunity to grow spiritually. So happy that she’s coming to Switzerland!! (Sandra)
The event is open at no charge to all registered participants.
