We will listen to recordings from the experienced mediation teacher Stephan Pende on the practice of Dzogchen, one of the great wisdom traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. In addition to these recordings, we will have a live online Q&A with Paula Chichester who’s widely renowned for her experiential teaching style that was developed over four decades.
About the retreat: The house at Fanas (Prättigau, near Landquart) is merely two hours away from Zürich, but it is another world. Originally an old farmhouse, it was beautifully redecorated and been used for spiritual practice for a long time. House and garden are kept in a very gentle, mindful manner, so that mother earth can breathe and be loved. It is a very inspiring, powerful place.
