Since we started the Lhagsam Tibetan Meditation, we have come together to study Tibetan Mahayana Buddhism and meditate. We soon saw the benefits of this regular group practice. We support and motivate each other, we discuss questions that come up in our meditation practice as well as in our daily lives. Now we don’t always have qualified teachers available, that’s why we started to guide meditations by ourselves. We love to facilitate meditations and share our passion with you!
