Lhabab Düchen

November 22 @ 18:00 - 21:00

Join us to practice together on this merit-multiplying day!

WHEN: Friday November 22, 6.00 – 9.00 pm CET
WHERE: Online
LEVEL: Open for everyone

Lhabab Duchen celebrates Guru Shakyamuni Buddha’s return to the Earth from the God-Realm of the Thirty-Three after teaching the Dharma for several months to the Gods, including his mother, Mayadevi, who died a week after Buddha’s birth and had been reborn in this realm. Due to Lhabab Duchen being a merit-multiplying day, the karmic results of any actions done on this day are multiplied 100 million times.

To make the best of this special day, we do the following practices:

6.00 pm Welcome, Motivation and Prayers
6.10 pm Manjushri – Chanting the Names
7.10 pm Break
7.20 pm Tonglen Meditation
7.50 pm Break
8.00 pm Vajrasattva Purification Practice
8.45 pm Extensive Dedications
9.00 pm End

Join us to practice together on this merit-multiplying day!

We will be reading the text “Manjushri – Chanting the Names” as recommended by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, engage in a Tonglen meditation and do a Vajrasattva Purification Practice.
