This event is cancelled tonight.
Join us for a guided Lama Tsongkhapa Guru Yoga practice.
The International Mahayana Institute (IMI) is initiating recitations of “Chanting the Names of Manjushri” (“Jampal Tshan Jo”), as requested by HH the Dalai Lama. This commitment could mean a round-the-clock relay, a powerful and unceasing force emanating from the entire IMI and FPMT community.
In this guru yoga on Guru Vajrasattva, we apply the four opponent powers to purify our negative karma.
Come and celebrate with the lively community of Lhagsam, no matter if you live in Zurich or live far away from Switzerland. Regardless of if you've been here before, or if it's your first time at the center, everyone is welcome to join us. This is for everyone on the path, no matter what level they’re at.
Let’s meet at our center and be part of a guided meditation, get an understanding of how to develop valuable realizations on the vastness of the mind: We will analyze and learn how to experience our world, and how we can change this, to have a better understanding and more acceptance of ourselves and for the whole world. We will work on gaining experiential knowledge, a calmer mind, and an open heart full of love and compassion towards ourselves and all sentient beings.
Join us for our Losar celebration and welcome the arrival of the Tibetan New Year. This auspicious event is an opportunity to rejoice and engage in practices, allowing us to abandon negativities and open our hearts to positive aspects. We invite you to start this year’s Losar with a commemoration of Lama Yeshe, led by Ven. Robina Courtin, who was one of Lama’s early students.
