During this three-hour session, one of Lhagsam’s facilitators will give a basic introduction to a landscape of Buddhist views. We will also practice some basic meditation that you can take away for a short
daily practice.
The content might vary based on the levels of attendees, we will however try to cover very fundamental concepts in Buddhism – the Four Noble Truths and the Laws of Karma, Cause and Effects. Concluding the event, you’ll get some information about the center and some of our regular practices.
