Getting out of the busy city hustle and connecting with our beautiful nature can greatly enhance our spiritual practice. Join us for four days of mindful wandering in mountainous surroundings and meditation practice.
We will listen to recordings from the experienced mediation teacher Stephan Pende on the practice of Dzogchen, one of the great wisdom traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. In addition to these recordings, we will have a live online Q&A with Paula Chichester who’s widely renowned for her experiential teaching style that was developed over four decades.
