Lojong means transforming the mind. Once kept secret, the body of lojong is widely available nowadays and work as powerful antidotes to undesired mental habits and attitudes that result in dissatisfaction and relationship problems. During these 8 weeks Rinpoche will explain the seminal text “Seven-point mind training” by the 12th century Tibetan master Geshe Chekawa. The first session will be devoted to introduction to lojong and preliminary practices followed by sessions where we will delve deeper into the subjects of the text. Feel free to join on just one or even some of these dates.
