This event is an opportunity for you to get to know how extensive practices can be incorporated into a busy life with no or little possibility to leave family or job for a longer retreat: How to make them meaningful.

During the teachings, Venerable will cover that undertaking intensive practices of purification, a ten-day lamrim course/retreat, and three Nyung Nä retreats create the inner conditions needed to gain the realizations of the path to enlightenment. The key feature of the the 100,000 prostrations to the Thirty-Five Buddhas and 100,000 long Vajrasattva mantras (two of the nine traditional preliminary practices) will be explained and discussed.
