During the last three Thursdays of October, Geshe-la will give us a detailed introduction to The Four Immeasurable and help us generate bodhicitta, the open heart. It is important to understand, how generating bodhicitta in everyday life leads to the happiness of all sentient beings. With the motivation of bodhicitta every action becomes worthwhile and rich. Any action done with bodhicitta collects skies of merit. When you practice bodhicitta, everyone is included; not even the tiniest bug is left out.

The Four Immeasurables – Loving-kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy, and Equanimity – are the sublime expressions of love: the essential nature and radiance of the enlightened heart. ” (HH Dalai Lama)
